Open eat.ordera.org/kitchen on any device in your kitchen — a tablet, an old monitor, or a phone. Log in with your admin credentials and leave it running. Orders will appear automatically in real time the moment a guest places them.
Ordera uses Stripe Connect. You connect your own Stripe account from the Admin Panel — Billing section. Guests pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay directly at the table, and funds go straight into your Stripe account. Ordera never holds your money.
Yes. Upload your logo and choose your colours from the Theme section in your Admin Panel. Full branding customisation is included in the plan. Set it up in minutes.
After 14 days you'll receive a reminder to choose a plan. You can subscribe directly from the Billing section in your Admin Panel. If you don't subscribe, your account is deactivated after a grace period.
