By using Ordera you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Ordera provides a restaurant ordering platform including QR menus, kitchen screens, order management, and payment tools via eat.ordera.org.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per restaurant location
• You must be at least 18 years old

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required. After the trial you must subscribe to continue.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments processed by Stripe
• Cancel any time from Admin Panel → Billing
• No refunds for partial periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Payment Processing (Stripe Connect)

You must connect your own Stripe account to accept payments. You are responsible for all transactions, refunds, disputes, and tax obligations.

6. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activities or goods
• No unauthorised access attempts
• No reselling without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Ordera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
