Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ordera's services, including ordera.org, eat.ordera.org, book.ordera.org, and roam.ordera.org (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Ordera Eat and Ordera Book offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance. All plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card is required to start a trial.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable

Ordera Roam operates on a pay-per-plan basis. Each eSIM data plan is a one-time purchase. No subscription is required.

3. Ordera Roam — eSIM Plans

eSIM plans purchased through Ordera Roam are delivered digitally. Once an eSIM has been installed and activated on a device, it cannot be returned or refunded. If you experience a technical issue preventing installation, contact us at hello@ordera.org and we will investigate.

eSIM plans are valid for the stated number of days from first use. Data allowances are as stated on the plan. We are not responsible for coverage gaps or network availability in specific locations, as these are determined by local network operators.

4. Zero Commission Policy

Ordera charges a flat subscription fee for Eat and Book only. We do not charge commissions on orders processed through Ordera Eat or on bookings made through Ordera Book. Third-party payment processing fees (Stripe) apply separately and are governed by Stripe's terms.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our Services (menus, images, business information). You grant Ordera a limited licence to display and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Process fraudulent transactions or engage in deceptive practices
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our Services without permission
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordera's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
